Full Company Name & Jim's Comments:

JPM*

39.19

JPMorgan (JPM*)

Jim:
This is a very tough question because first of all we know that we need to be diversified.. you are clearly not diversified… second, I really like municipal bonds… although the yields are the lowest they have been in years and years… third I think JP Morgan is going to have a great, great 2011 which is why it is the largest financial that my charitable trust, ActionAlertsPlus.com owns… let’s scale out a little bit each quarter until you make it so that that one position is not more than 20%… and I hear you, you are worried about taxes… you are worried about your basis…I worry about diversification… so even though I think that JP Morgan is one of the best financials… you still got to cut it back.

EMC*

19.66

EMC (EMC*)

Jim:   EMC, I have got to tell you, it is a break out right here… my charitable trust, ActionAlertsPlus.com owns this thing… it is finally ramping… look at VMware (VMW) which is 80%, they own a huge amount of it… that thing is going higher… EMC has got it going… they have it going...buy, buy, buy!...

M

17.98

Macy's (M)

Jim:   Alright, Macy’s is down way too much… Terry Lundgren will you give me a call right now… I know that you can’t because it is in the quiet period… but you know Macy’s is down… all of the retailers had soft numbers a quarter ago… two months ago… I think that is about to end… everybody is complaining about the high price of cotton… that is just a commodity that can come back… I think that Macy’s is really a buy, buy, buy right here.

RFMD

4.08

RF Micro Devices Inc. (RFMD)

Jim:   Alright, I would hold onto this… we had the CEO on, he was talking about diversifying among numbers of cell phone companies… I like this one, I like TriQuint (TQNT), I like Skyworks (SWKS), I like SanDisk (SNDK)… this is a group that I do not want to cut and run from… it is a multi year move… RF Micro is here to stay… there is an interesting piece of preferred too… but RF Micro, we welcome the CEO on there… just like Terry Lundgren… he has a good story to tell and we want to hear it.

TQNT

6.49

TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (TQNT)

See RFMD comments above for:
TQNT

SWKS

17.20

Skyworks Solutions Inc. (SWKS)

See RFMD comments above for:
SWKS

SNDK

45.81

SanDisk Corp. (SNDK)

See RFMD comments above for:
SNDK

UPS*

60.02

United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS*)

Jim:   Stephanie Link, my research director for the charitable trust, ActionAlertsPlus.com and I came to the same conclusion this morning at 6:15... we said you know what, this stock is ridiculous.. it now yields more than 3%, it is an accidental mid yielder… the company is restructuring, it has done a lot of things right… I think that Europe is not nearly as bad as people think that it is… so we pulled the trigger right here… and I think that you should too… sent out a series of alerts about it.. I think that UPS is probably one of the cheapest stocks out there that is going to have a great… a good quarter… is it a great quarter? I think the better things are to come… and that is what matters...buy, buy, buy!...

GOOG

475.83

Google, Inc. (GOOG)

Jim:   Well, we could ask the same thing about Berkshire Hathaway… Google has decided that it kind of wants to cultivate the Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (BRK-A) kind of thing… all we care about are earnings… and Google is going to have the earnings… now we did not really get a resolution in China… that was necessarily so positive about Google.. but I will say this, I still think there is earnings momentum… I think that the stock can trade to $500... at $500 I would be tempted to say… ring the register… that is about all I am going to make on Google.

Price target for GOOG:  $500.00 (then sell)

WHR

94.60

Whirlpool Corp. (WHR)

Jim:
Look, Whirlpool trades with the housing plays… everyone is very negative about housing… they should be thinking about Brazil… Whirlpool has got a thriving business in Brazil… I have been talking all about Latin America… I was talking about that with Manny during Stop Trading…I think you are fine with Whirlpool.

AGNC

27.92

American Capital Agency Corp. (AGNC)

Jim:   Lee, I think that dividend is a red flag…I do not want to touch it… I think you should sell, sell, sell.. unless the management wants to come on and tell me how they can sustain that yield… I say ix-nay.

NUE*

39.21

Nucor (NUE*)

Jim:   I just bought some Nucor… the charitable trust owns it, ActionAlertsPlus.com, Stephanie Link and I both think that our friend Dan DiMicco… whom we absolutely love, is a little more down beat than his company is… I know that is hierarchy… but I think Nucor is a buy… I see steel coming back…it is one of the last industries to thrive.. everything else is going out ahead of it… but I think that it is very cheap with a nice yield.

EBIX

16.18

Ebix Inc. (EBIX)

Jim:   'cause it is not that good a stock… look, I welcome management… I want to be very careful here.. it is a software company that I do not think does anything really special in the insurance industry… there is really, I feel, any ? entry… I am lukewarm on it…...don't buy, don't buy... I think there are a lot of better stocks out there…
I would rather have you swap into
Salesforce.com (CRM)...

CRM

93.65

Salesforce.com (CRM)

See EBIX comments above for:
CRM

EXC

40.98

Exelon Corp. (EXC)

Jim:   This stock has been hammered… this is the old Commonwealth Edison and Philly Elec… they got together, they are large, they have a big position in nuclear power… this is a fantastic opportunity, I would any weakness that we have been having to buy Exelon right here… it really is one of absolute favorites out there… you should buy it aggressively… if you already own it, terrific...buy, buy, buy!...

AMT

45.60

American Tower Corp. (AMT)

Jim:   Oh man, AMT, come on.. you have to have towers in order to get reception on smart phones… this stock has been stuck at $45... I think that it is about to blast off… I think this one is a house of pleasure and I say hallelujah… pull the trigger… AMT is for me.

KSU

36.27

Kansas City Southern (KSU)

Jim:
I am worried about Kansas City Southern because there is an earnings hit here… there is an earnings hit here because of Mexican flooding… it is not in the numbers yet.. I want to see those numbers come down… no one is talking about this Mexican flooding… it has really tied things up… you see the numbers come down and then I would buy it… not until I see the number cuts.

C

4.21

Citigroup (C)

Jim:   Citigroup reports on Friday, you know I was discussing it with Stephanie Link who is the research director at ActionAlertsPlus.com with me, and my charitable trust,… and I said look, it has now moved up so much that people are going to be disappointed no matter what they say… what matters to me is that the government is a big seller of its stock… and yet the stock is above where the average price that the government has been able to sell… that is bullish… do not buy it yet… wait it out… if you have not bought it yet, wait until it comes back after what Vikram Pandit says.. I like Pandit… there will be another better buying opportunity ahead on Monday.

BP

36.18

BP plc (BP)

Jim:   I take my queue from Boone Pickens, whom I talk to quite regularly, and Boone has been very pessimistic about the situation has said look, it is going to be on the outside it will be October… probably before then… here is my problem, I still think that BP is.. you know I have got so many oil stocks that have been driven down… why do I need the headache of BP? How do I know how much the cleanup is going to be? We are not a pro-business country… at least in Washington… how do I know that someone doesn’t say, hey listen let’s stick them with $100b bill? There are so many better opportunities out there … I do not need BP… I include Total (TOT) and I include Shell (RDS-A).

TOT

49.61

Total SA (TOT)

See BP comments above for:
TOT

RDS-A

55.35

Royal Dutch Shell (RDS-A)

See BP comments above for:
RDS-A

RIMM

54.83

Research In Motion (RIMM)

Jim:   Research In Motion I think is a dead stock… what people do not understand about these companies is that it matters more about the distributor than the actual technology… once Apple (AAPL*) decided that it wanted to be in the enterprise, the so called corporate world, that was the death nail for RIMM… Research In Motion, you needed Verizon to be lock stock and barrel with Research In Motion… that is no longer the case… I am a seller of RIMM.

IBM

130.72

IBM (IBM)

Jim:   Okay, IBM very important… I think that it is going to be a good quarter… I think you get a nice buy back… maybe even a boost in dividends… here is what you need to know.. I think that the stock is at its 52 week high… do not expect a lot of upward movement… but it is a terrific situation… I would stay long in it.

FTR

7.32

Frontier Communications Corp. (FTR)

Jim:   I know, I know, I do not want to take anything Verizon (VZ) gives me, frankly… because Verizon would only give you stuff that does not help its earnings… I am a seller of Frontier until otherwise proven.. I think that if you want big yield then you go to Windstream (WIN)… I like Vodafone (VOD) when everyone else disliked it.. I still like that one right here… and, yes, I recommend Verizon (VZ) on Monday.

WIN

11.41

Windstream Corporation (WIN)

See FTR comments above for:
WIN

VOD

22.37

Vodafone Group plc (VOD)

See FTR comments above for:
VOD

VZ

26.84

Verizon (VZ)

See FTR comments above for:
VZ

XOM

59.26

Exxon Mobil (XOM)

Jim:   You know Exxon Mobil is neither here not there… you finally get a 3% yield… I have got guys that are yielding 4% or 5%… why do I need these guys? I also feel, by the way, that Exxon overpaid for XTO dramatically… I am a huge believer in natural gas and I was a big believer in Bob Simpson who stood right over here… he is one of my absolutely favorite executives… helped bring the company public when I was at Goldman Sachs.. and Exxon paid too much so therefore Exxon… sell, sell, sell… no… yes, yes, yes.

NFLX

121.11

Netflix, Inc. (NFLX)

Jim:
Okay, I'm not a price target guy. I like to own a stock until the fundamentals change. After the fundamentals change, I leave the stock... sell, sell, sell... Or, if they improve, I buy more! Buy, buy, buy!... So I am not a price target guy. I leave that to the jibberish that is genuine Wall Street. Now, Netflix is one of the C.A.N.D.I.E.S., which we know is... Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (CMG), Apple, Inc. (AAPL*), we know Netflix, we're thinking about Deckers Outdoor Corp. (DECK), we like Intuitive Surgical Inc. (ISRG), Express Scripts Inc. (ESRX) is terrific, and Salesforce.com (CRM). I think Netflix has already had a pullback. That's why I like the stock right here... buy, buy, buy! By the way, the Decker's pullback... there's a new bull market in shoes. Go read the New York Times slide show today. I am reiterating my buy right here, right now on Netflix. There's no reason to wait to be able to buy it lower.

CMG

BAC*

15.39

Bank of America (BAC*)

Jim:   I tell you, I felt that Bank of America... First of all, it's owned by the trust, ActionAlertsPlus... you can follow along. Here's what Stephanie Link, who's the Research Director for the product that I post, said... We were saying hallelujah... that the stock wasn't up today, ahead of the earnings tomorrow... Bryan Moynihan, he's going to be on (CNBC's) Squawk Box... he's the CEO... I've got to tell you, if you thought J.P. Morgan is good and getting better... which it was, absolutely... I was on the conference call... I think you'll feel the same way about Bank of America. I'd pull the trigger... the charitable trust bought some just the other day at $15. I think you'll have the luxury of being able to buy it at $15 tomorrow, if they really, really disappoint only. Otherwise, it's up, up and away, particularly now that Goldman Sachs settled, and I want to bring that out, because it does make the whole picture rosier for Wall Street.

EDU

98.05

New Oriental Education (EDU)

Jim:   It's actually one of the Chinese stocks that has held up better than others, but you know the only Chinese stock I'm recommending is Baidu.com (BIDU), which will probably be down tomorrow, off of what is seen to be as a disappointing Google number. I have to tell you, I have to think about Google. You can't just make a snap judgment. The market does. It's down heavily. I don't like snap judgments about Google, but I would like you to buy Baidu if Google gets hit. I do not want you to stick around with your stock... sell, sell, sell... because I think it was easy money and you have to get away from it.

BIDU

75.64

Baidu.com (BIDU)

See EDU comments above for:
BIDU

INTC*

21.51

Intel Corp. (INTC*)

Jim:   No, no... stop you're worrying. You do not worry about a company that has almost a 3% yield, that has one of the greatest balance sheets in the world, with more than $12 billion in cash... getting up to like $18 billion... You don't worry about a company that has many new product cycles, and you strictly don't take your cue from the action in the stock which, by the way, was up today. Everyone else was panicked because the stock wasn't up that much yesterday. Hey, you know what... it was up yesterday, it was up today... and I've got to tell you... I think Intel's marching to $25. Will it get there fast? I shouldn't call it a march; let's say it's a "slow march" to $25... but it's certainly not a trail of tears!

Price target for INTC: $25.00

ALB

41.94

Albemarle Corp. (ALB)

Jim:   Man, I've got to tell you... my friend, Frank Mitch, and I agreed... we were going back and forth about how good the chemicals are. Someone downgraded the chemicals the other day. This is a specialty chemical maker. I absolutely like the stock so much. I like the group. And this is one of the stars of the group. I like the specialty chemical makers coming out of... we're coming out of the turn, and now we're going to start seeing some great earnings from that company. I want you to hold onto it.

AEZ

6.22

American Oil & Gas Inc. (AEZ)

Jim:   You know, I've got more oil and gas companies that are down, and down big, because of the BP travesty... But, of course, BP's flying, because we got that cap... Why do I need to step down in action and get into AEZ, when I can get ConocoPhillips (COP), with almost a 4% yield, with downstream doing well, with the refining doing well, with production, with natural gas?... I am not going to tangle with AEZ, when I've got a high-quality integrated doing so well.

COP

52.86

ConocoPhillips (COP)

See AEZ comments above for:
COP

DIS

34.05

Walt Disney Co. (DIS)

Jim:   Holy Cow! I've got to tell you, I was on Morning Joe, my favorite morning program other than the Today Show... Those are my two favorite for mornings... and I've got to tell you, here's what I said... I was listening to this guy... they got this guy in from soccer... he's like a French guy, okay... he's now playing for, like, the Red Bulls... I don't drink Red Bull, just in case you think I do... and here's what I say... I say, you know what? Disney had unbelievable ratings for the World Cup... it had an unbelievable movie schedule... Bob Igor's (CEO) is doing a remarkable job. People that watched Wimbledon... there was like some game going on for like 72 days... I've got to tell you... I think Disney's going to report a monster quarter. I want you to buy, buy, buy it. I was going to recommend it if the stock got to $32, but you know what?... I was in Mexico... hey, I was having a good time there... and I was not able to recommend Disney at $32.

GIS

36.07

General Mills Inc. (GIS)

Jim:   Alright, here's what I have to say about General Mills... We had Ken Powell (CEO) when he reported that monster quarter. If you recall, the stock went down almost a buck and a half. Do you remember how bullish he was? We know that he puts his money where his mouth is... not just his Cheerios... That man has just bought about 12,000 shares on the open market. He doesn't need to do that! That's an expensive stock! He bought 12,307 shares! Ken Powell, great CEO. Great company. Dividend boost coming. Not that expensive. I want you to buy some General Mills!

CBOE

26.50

CBOE Holdings, Inc. (CBOE)

Jim:   No, it won't be bought out. I'm not going to recommend that stock on a takeover basis. And that is, by the way, a personal foul... and I'm going to access you 15 yards. However, the stock has come down. It's inexpensive. I like the derivative business. By the way, financial regulation is good for CBOE... really good for InterContinental Exchange (ICE)... good for CME Group (CME)... and potentially really good for NYSE Euronext (NYX). I think CBOE is at the right level. I actually will recommend the stock right here, right now, as well as a host of other financials, now that the Goldman Sachs war is over, and financial regulation is at last complete!

ICE

105.53

InterContinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE)

See CBOE comments above for:
ICE

CME

NYX

SKX

32.09

Skechers USA Inc. (SKX)

Jim:
You know that we believe in the bull shoe market… like every other stock related to retail… they are just killing the thing… do you know what I say you do? You stick with the fundamentals… this stock is good… now every chart looks bad in retail.. so everyone is freaking out… Skechers is an inexpensive stock that has a good story.

CUB

37.03

Cubic Corp. (CUB)

Jim:   I have always like Cubic…I actually recommended the stock in the first year of the show… it is a specialty defense play…I like those.. I think it is terrific.

CHK

20.87

Chesapeake Energy Corp. (CHK)

Jim:   Well, it is down because natural gas came down… here is what I say… you buy the Chesapeake Energy - Preferred (CHK-PD)… had a great call… if the stock goes up in the $40’s than you are going to own common… in the meantime, you get a 5% yield… what is not to like.

CHK-PD

80.30

Chesapeake Energy - Preferred (CHK-PD)

See CHK comments above for:
CHK-PD

VMW

72.11

VMware (VMW)

Jim:   VMware is on fire because of cloud computing… now here is the problem… when stocks are this hot… they are going to get hammered … and when they get hammered we wait until they settle down.. this one is going to get hammered… come down…and then you want to buy it.
