Full Company Name & Jim's Comments:

LUV

11.31

Southwest Airlines Co. (LUV)

Jim:   You have got a chance, you have got a chance to sell, sell, sell… I have never recommended an airline stock on this show… I have recommended sales when they have listed.. you have just had a big run in Southwest … it is not a knock on that... but you need to sell it.

ESRX*

87.20

Express Scripts Inc. (ESRX*)

Jim:   Because it was not mentioned in the healthcare bill, it went up big… it went up $4... now, here is what you need to know, first full disclosure, my charitable trust, ActionAlertsPlus.com owns a big slug of Express Scripts… this company, I think, goes to $100, it saves companies money by batching all of these orders… that is what the government really wants to go… rely on companies like Express Scripts… so it is a winner.

Price target:  $100.00

RF

5.48

Regions Financial Corp. (RF)

Jim:   Oh, they just got a new CEO, the other guy could not have been worse… anything is better than guy… I want to buy Regions Financial on that changing of control, that CEO.

F

9.67

Ford (F)

Jim:   I will tell you what it is, it is a super-dee-duper buy… it is an unbelievable buy… and I like the FORD Preferred (F-PS) even more… I got to tell you Al Mulally has done a remarkable job, we should all be proud, you should be proud, I am proud.. this is really the great come back story of all time… he would have been my man of the year if Bernanke did not exist… I think that Ford is going much higher… big numbers coming.

F-PS

39.89

FORD Preferred - Capital Trust II (F-PS)

See F comments above for:
F-PS

FMER

20.08

FirstMerit Corp. (FMER)

Jim:   Oh man, this one is starting to move… it happens to be one of the stocks that I recommend in my dividend chapter and bank chapter of
Getting Back To Even… FirstMerit is a really well run bank in Akron, OH… they can make a lot of acquisitions… the FDIC ought to pay close attention to them because they are winner.

APOL

57.83

Apollo Group Inc. (APOL)

Jim:   No, too risky… too risky, we do not want be in that… no, no, no… we do not want to be in that kind of college… look, I think it might be great for people who study there… but for the stock it is too high, too risky, I do not want to touch it.

We think you're going to like what we worked on over a weekend...

NAT

30.48

Nordic American Tanker (NAT)

Jim:   I know that it is boring, I talked to Herbjorn Hansson the other day, I get the trade publications… freights are staying okay… I know the Baltic Freight has gone down, but remember, that is dry freight… NAT is oil… I think the stock is good, I think the dividend goes higher… I want to buy it.

HIG

23.44

Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. (HIG)

Jim:   It is languishing because people are always fearful… they need more capital, I do not think so… it is languishing because it has a very big commercial real estate complex and people feel that that is about to fall apart… I do not think so… Take one look at the iShares Dow Jones US Real Estate (IYR), the real estate investment trust… I am saying to you, you have done the homework… I think that you have got it right… and I agree with you.

AMT

43.04

American Tower Corp. (AMT)

Jim:   I was talking to my friend Brian Ashenburg who writes the “Breakout Stocks“, this is one that we have been recommending… he writes the “Breakout Stocks” at TheStreet.com, where I am Chairman.. there was a fabulous article in the local paper about how tower companies are having great success… now that municipalities are strapped, putting towers up everywhere… AMT is going to be the winner there… the largest tower company… I continue to want to buy, buy, buy.

X

53.10

United States Steel Corp. (X)

Jim:   U.S. Steel is good, 52 week high today… remember when it cut the dividend down to 19 and we told you to buy on that secondary… I feel good about U.S. Steel, I feel even better about Nucor (NUE)… Dan DiMicco, the CEO, who has been one of our most frequent if not the most frequent guest, is working for you everyday… I would pull the trigger on Nucor even though he is a little more down beat… I would stick with Nucor… stick with Dan DiMicco.

NUE

45.34

Nucor (NUE)

Full Company Name & Jim's Comments:

AMD

9.67

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD)

Jim:   AMD is a win. We've been recommending this stock at $2... we've were recommending it at $4... When it got to $5... when it got to $6, we still liked it... and we like it here! However... sell, sell, sell... if you bought some at my first recommendation because, if you take that off, you're playing with the house's money, and that is our goal on Mad Money!

NFG

51.08

National Fuel Gas Co. (NFG)

Jim:   Yes they do... everything I like, except for one thing... The stock has appreciated so much that the yield's not that great. So I would wait until that stock came down before I pulled the trigger, because it has an under-3% yield. That's not high enough for me. When I look at a utility, I need more juice!

BIG

29.18

Big Lots Inc. (BIG)

Jim:   We looked at Big Lots as part of our panoply of stocks that could do well, and we rejected it. We were wrong. I let my personal experience, with my own Big Lots on Route 22 in New Jersey, color my thinking. That's classic bad investment, and I admit it, and I own it. The quarter was a great one. The stock has moved up too much. However, I have lost my right to opine on it, because I've been too wrong. I would like to hand this one off and say others know it better than I do.

AB

26.63

AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (AB)

Jim:   Alright, I like AB very much... It reminds me, though, of Norv Turner (i.e., NFL coach)... It's good. It ain't going to get to the SuperBowl. T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) is better than AllianceBernstein. I hear nothing but nice people saying nice things about AllianceBernstein and about Norv Turner, but neither will ever get into the SuperBowl.

TROW

TROW

QCOM*

45.95

QualComm Inc. (QCOM*)

Jim:   Qualcomm? Oh... may be, may be, may be... the most frustrating stock I own for ActionAlertsPlus.com, my charitable trust. It's killing me! It should be moving up. I think it's going to have a great 2010, but I am not giving up on it, and I still recommend that it be bought. Buy, buy, buy!... I think Qualcomm's a winner, not a loser.

SUN

25.52

Sunoco Inc. (SUN)

Jim:   You know, I have been disappointed in the fact that they eliminated the dividend, but they have a new tough CEO... I'd love to get her on the show. She is terrific, and I really feel... By the way, just so everybody understands, this is one of those situations where it needed tough medicine. It's getting killed. The dividend was cut. But I think that Lynn Elsenhans should come on the show. I think SUN could be a big stock next year, but not yet. Do not pull the trigger. Instead, buy Marathon Oil Corp. (MRO), which I own for my charitable trust... buy, buy, buy!

MRO

31.51

Marathon Oil Corp. (MRO)

A Charitable Trust stock. - An asterisk next to a stock symbol indicates that Jim mentioned it is a stock that he manages within
his charitable trust portfolio.  You can see the complete portfolio
of stocks here >>

Thumbs up - indicates he would buy the stock or, at the very least, not sell the stock.  We do our best to interpret Jim's opinion on stocks, as we think it is indicated by his comments during the show.  Please read his comments to decide for yourself.

Thumbs down - indicates he has said not to buy or to sell the stock, based on his comments  We do our best to interpret Jim's opinion on stocks, as we think it is indicated by his comments during the show.  Please read his comments to decide for yourself.

Back up the truck - indicated by Jim, when he says the stock is so good, that he would do a 'mon-back' on the stock... In other words, this is the sound someone would say to a truck driver, "Come on back... " as he is "backing up the truck" to load up on his cargo.  Translation for buying stocks:  This recommendation by Jim indicates that, after you do your own homework on the stock, you should feel comfortable loading up on it, as it is in a good position to be bought at this point.

Stumped. - Of the 2,000+ stocks that Jim Cramer has in his head, for which he has an informed opinion, he sometimes comes across a caller with a stock he does not know well enough to opine on...  He then indicates he is stumped and will have to come back to it, after he does some homework of his own on the stock.  This usually occurs during the Lightning Round, when Jim does not know in advance who is calling, or what their stock question is about.
